Milid Week brings together experts from around the world to reflect on Media Literacy and Intercultural Dialogue

Milid Week Congress will be held at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 23th to May 25th in order to promote exchanges and cooperation in the field of media literacy and information and intercultural dialogue.

Outstanding experts, both academics and practitioners, and professionals and researchers from the field of media literacy will share initiatives being undertaken in the field of media and information literacy and intercultural dialogue.

The Congress is organized by UNITWIN Cooperation Programme on Media and Information Literacy and Intercultural Dialogue (UNESCO - United Nations Alliance of Civilizations), which comprises eight universities from all continents under the organization of the Communication and Education Cabinet and MENTOR (International Association on Media Education). UNESCO, UNAOC, the European Union, the Arab League, ATEI and MENTOR Association, are some the institutions participating in the event.
 
Until April 30th is open the period for submission of communications to the Congress, which will include progress on the results of research groups, presentation of initiatives and goodpractices and contributions supported by the collaborating institutions.
